This is exactly how the Hollow Bone Journey has helped me! It has led me to a path where I created a Forty-Day meditation book to heal a major trauma within my life. As an artist I am gifted to see colors and shapes that leads me to create an image that goes with meditation of the Hollow Bone Journey. I add a creative flare to the process.
Through these images I am able to receive healing. For me during this very challenging part of my life I would spend anywhere from an hour to twenty-four hours to get an image. For some days it is hard to reach that state of unconditional love but I knew I could not force an image to appear. I learned to let go and trust the process. In doing so I learned to trust my own intuition and it has led to great changes and improvement in my life not only in my personal life but that of my business as well.
Before the Hollow Bone Journey, I had spent many years trying out many different religions but never could find one that fit me or felt good to me. I also for the last few years have not been living my dream of owning my own business and was not allowing my art to mature and grow. Since coming to learning the Hollow bone Journey, I’ve never looked back because my life is so much better in these ways: I have been able to start my own business Where Art Meets Healing, I have been able to love myself more, I have accepted and started my Master’s Program for Fine Art, I have learned that while being in an artist there is no one way to express ourselves but many. I am able to help you find ways to express your own creativity and receive healing by being the hollow bone.
