I struggled most of my life with auto-immune disease, fibromyalgia, orthopedic infirmities and cancer resulting from childhood and generational trauma. The weight of all the traumatic cellular memories kept me in the bondage of fear-based thinking that continually sabotaged my life goals on many levels. 

It is through the Hollow Bone Journey, that I have been able to release the cellular memories of traumatic events and learn a new way of “being” in this life that allows me to fully trust in myself, my intuitive gifts and Divine Source, to guide, direct and heal that which was holding me back from the life of my dreams. 

I am living my dream-life now. I finally learned how to take all those dreams and bring them to fruition in Divine Universal time, not my time of wanting everything done yesterday. Nothing worked out for my highest and best when I gave into a false sense of urgency and tried to rush the process, I always landed someplace that was doing me more harm than good. 

The Hollow Bone Journey teaches you how to take the long view, whether manifesting something new or trying to resolve and release something old. You do learn how to listen to and observe the energetic subtleties in the process of manifesting so that your energy field is perfectly synchronized with Divine Universal timing in everything that you think and do.
